At LinkerBuddy, we strive to deliver high-quality SEO and link-building services. Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refund eligibility is limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible Refund Situations

  • Work has not yet started.
  • We are unable to secure the agreed placement.
  • An order cannot be fulfilled within the agreed scope.
  • A publisher rejects content and no suitable replacement can be arranged.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Outreach or content creation has already begun.
  • Guest posts or backlinks have been successfully published.
  • Clients change requirements after project initiation.
  • SEO results do not meet expectations.
  • Third-party publisher delays occur.
  • Search engine rankings fluctuate after completion.

Link Replacement Policy

If a published backlink is removed within the agreed guarantee period, we will attempt to replace it with a comparable placement.

If replacement is not possible, account credit may be issued depending on the circumstances and service agreement.
